Zgemma H7S + Tivùsat CAM: No audio on certain channels

    Hi,


    I'm using a Zgemma H7S with OpenViX and a Tivùsat Black 4K CAM with CI+ Helper.

    (version of CI+ Helper is enigma2-plugin-extensions-ci-plus-helper-openbh-openvix_5.x_all.ipk)


    Some Tivùsat channels (e.g. Rai Premium, DMAX, Real Time) decrypt correctly but have no audio. I get a micro second of sound when changing to the channel, then it cuts out.


    I've tested this on both the latest OpenViX and Black Hole 5.6 with identical behaviour.


    The same channels streamed via OpenWebif to VLC on my computer have working audio.


    The audio selections for Rai Premium are:

    MPEG Audio

    MPEG-1 Layer II

    AC3


    very strange, as the audio works on OpenWebif and not via the TV,


    Has anyone seen this before or know of a fix?

    With all the software on the Zetagemma H7


    You must have the veci audio plugin if it's available on the feeds

    AudioSync


    Then go to the channel that has no audio and press the Audio button on the remote control.

    An image will appear on the screen with a sidebar. Use the up or down arrow keys on the remote control to try one of the positions...on mine, it was up until you hear the volume is normal, then set it. Press the Green Button to Save. OK...this will work on all the channels that have no audio.


    Then restart the box, otherwise there won't be a fix.
