Hello.. I have a Gigablue Trio 4K Pro device.. The device is completely unresponsive, nothing works except the blue light.. I need a dump file for the same model to flash using the Hitool program.. I hope for help.

using Hitool should be the last resort, that is only if all else fails. It would be a 2 part process, first recover the boot process then flash the image.
Also you would have to have a working .xml (or write one) to ensure hitool flashes the correct files to the correct hex address.
Try the recovery method via the rest button, if that fails - then explain in great detail exactly what is failing.
