Oscam only ubuntu server

Ive been trying out oscam only today to bring ecm to ecm times slightly everything appears to be fine all of my clines are connected and all of my peers are connected but i can not clear any channel apart from my local card ive also noticed that on the webinterface on my duo it say my local is actually hop 2 can anyone suggest what the problem is here

yes i did ten below they where active a clines and as peers but nothing was clearing i could not leave it like that so i went back to oscam cccam

Like this i thinks this is what you mean in oscam.server as i said i could see there share but nothing would open apart from my local sly card
