Please can you specify the directory where you put the script to start the emu ?

do you have an extra url that works on the 8000 with 4.0?
DE 4.0 on 8000 is lightening fast, but EPG not working and missing extra url, TS Panel not work on it either, if could fix these then we'd all be sorted.

I don't like to use extra url.
Dream Elite 4.0 is OE2.0 based, TS panel is for images OE1.6.
I solved by putting the script oscam_em.sh in /usr/script.
