No bother to us buddy, don`t be selling the box yet, we will get your sorted.
Are you using oscam+CCcam or just CCcam ?
If you are using oscam+CCacam please show us the errors from oscam webinfo and the configs you are using.
-
i'm using the backup image BlackHole-1.7.6 linuxsat-support Full UK ready backup by musogeek oscam/cccam2.13 , i put the card in to the original sly box all ok its a head scratcher , thanks for your quick reply ;)
-
Without the errors from webinfo and configs we can`t findout whats wrong.
You could try uninstalling the the oscam+CCcam ipk thats on the image, Green > yellow > addons uninstall panel > uninstall ipk > reboot, then use the BlackHole IPK from HERE- How to : Oscam Server or Cardreader with CCcam2.1.3 S*Y UK IPK, or just FTP the Oscam + CCcam 2.1.3 config.
There are also slyuk ready oscam+CCcam that can be downloaded from our addons on TSPanel.

am getting the logs can you tell me the user pass for cccam info i have the oscam logs ;)

can you tell me the user pass for cccam info
We don`t need anything from CCcaminfo, oscam is the cardreader, if you need the WEBINFO details for CCcam look in CCcam.cfg.
There are no errors to work on here, would you remove the line Boxid = from oscam.server, restart oscam from blue panel then give us more oscam logs please.

Oscam log looks good, if you have the boxkey added to CCcam.cfg please remove it, as oscam is the cardreader here, then restart from blue panel again.
-
the problem is with cccam although the config looks right , and no i didn't put the boxkey in cccam ;) is there a way to use oscam only on it ?? i've restarted the cam numerous times to no avail
-
oscam seems to be reading the card ok, theres no errors in the log and we can see an expiry date, post all your configs so we can see if there is an issue there.
-
ok got it cheers guys ;) the port setting in oscam Newcamd client was 10000 and in cccam was 34000  never seen it just aswell to let every one know to change the ports to match :) big thanks mate :p
