Subtitles always show on Amiko Alien 2

when i change channel there is allways subtitles show is there anyway to stop this i have tryed TXT button and turn them off but soon as i go into channels there still showing subtitles

Hi mate did you try one of the colour buttons it should bring up a option to turn subtiltes off but they tend to go back on when you reboot

Hi mate yes sorted it was set to auto in language. just phoned specsavers lol.
