VU ultimo and Toshiba 42VL863B

Has anybody got the VU ultimo remote to control the toshiba TV and if so how did you go about it? I have tried the remote code in the manual (3021) but i cant get it to work i have HDMI CEC enabled in plugins i am using BH 1.7.6 and have submitted a bug. I can get TV to standby but I want volume control using ultimo remote. I had no trouble using remote for LG TV yet after resetting remote i cant get it to learn toshiba commands any help greatly appreciated
