cant get scrambled channels working

    hi.
    I've got a vu+solo. i can get all the free channels but cant get any of the scrambled channels working. I've also got a vu+ duo but thats working fine. ive swopped the keys round from the solo to the duo and it works fine so the keys aren't the problem. can anybody help?
