Neosat adding 2nd server

    does anyone know where i can get help with my neosat receiver? i am currently using 1 server for *** channels but i want to use another server for eurobird channels ( sun tv & star vijay channels) and that servers is connecting and i have the green light but the channels are still coming scrambled
