strage problemwith flashing my ultimo

hi all over the last 2 days i have had loads of trouble flashing my ultimo with black hole image ? like green screens for no reason and channels list would not come up ? so i took my local cards out today and reflash again and it solved the problem never done it before but it worked for me might just help somone who is haveing the same problem ??? the cards might hold some sort of voltage which caused it ????? strange one but all sorted now
