This is my first attempt at a channel list for 28.2 i have setup the favourites, movies, sports, news, documentary, international, kids, entertainment, this is a work in progress.
make sure you have patched firmware A102E_20120926_1.20B1_patch

Is it possible to dump just the channel list (without firmware) to a usb stick with the ariva 102.
have tried dumping to usb but always copies the full firmware and channel list. -
what option are you using when dumping the file?

I use the option upgrade mode : dump

go to Tools > Upgrade By USB > Upgrade Mode should be Dump
when you get your DumpFile.abs on to your pc use Ariva_3606_editor
thats the way i have been going about it

Hi suli, that sounds really useful. Bit of a newb here, just got a 102 mini. All set up and working, but all on out of box settings at mo. Read the tutorial on upgrading firmware, so about to do that today.
Could you give me a quick tut on how to load your channel list or point me to a tut for how to use/load these types of files/
