Best image for dm 500hd

Hi im lookin for a good image for 500hd clone ive tried a few but when box is flashed via web browser..
i power off from behind and power up again but nothing happens just the green light stays on.so im afraid that ill blow box.
Any help appreciated .

your box I.P will apear on screen, then flash using I.E browser when done reboot receiver
