Openbox S11Hd "Your Box Is A Clone Version, Invalid Chip ID"

Never seen or heard of this problem, try this :

Erom Repair - With Repair File HDS2_CMT_ENG.ABS.rar

or

noclone.rar

And use this firmware:

or similar.

classic clone kill and has nothing to do with the power supply.
open the loader and select the 5-5.abs and hit next,then turn the receiver on with the switch in the back.
This will load the may 5,2011 firmware which was pre-clone kill.

I killed my receiver the first day I got it,so I spent a lot of time refining the process and getting the correct loader version.

Hi m8 i wonder if you would be so kind to give me a step by step guide of what to do and what with? to get my dads box back to life. He just switched it on to get a message saying CLONED VERSION INVALID CHIP. sorry for the hassle Thanks davy.....

Use a different firmware.
