motor set up d500

    Hi got 500 everything working bought the box loaded with everything *** sentana working fine for about 2 mths on a fixed dish now the problem had a motorized dish fitted engineer could not find a way to move dish all set up correctly can not get other sats lat and long set on dish correctly have PLI IMAGE in set up menu this is what comes up


    Only bouquets
    satellitte transponder
    system settings
    user settings
    soft cam
    software management
    can not find a way

    You need to find tuner configuration -
    Select the tuner and set it to Motorised - Usuals -
    You will need your longitude and latitude which you can obtain through our friend google if your unsure ?
