oscam.srvid generators based on KingOfSat

Hi,

Here is the lastest version of my scripts to generate oscam.srvid based on oscam wiki and KingOfSat informations.

It also includes some specific scripts to generate oscam.services for french packages based on wikipedia, oscam wiki and KingOfSat informations.

Scripts runs on OpenEmbedded based receiver (Enigma2) or on any Linux system (tested on Ubuntu).

To install: copy the file in your favorite location and then:

tar -xvzf SrvidSatKing-*.tgz

Simply launch the script in the right order: 1,2,3 :-)
