Don't think the password is possible - but look in your plugin feeds for Multi Quick Button plugin, with this you can remap your remote buttons. Out of curiosity why would you need to do this?

- edit /usr/share/enigma2/keymap.xml
- at line 99 you find (BH 1.7.8, may vary)

- try deleting theese 2 lines

		<key id="KEY_BLUE" mapto="extensions" flags="l" />

to disable blue panel, reboot gui
- or leaving only this

to access blue panel via LONG PRESS of blue button, reboot gui
