Openbox X3 - Media Player - MKV files

    Hi All,


    I'm a newbie to satellite tech, need help with my Openbox X3.
    My X3's media player only plays the picture but not the sound of MKV files.
    What should I do? Should I upgrade the firmware? If so, is there any firmware for Asia region?

    Este decodificador no abre correctamente este tipo de formato, a mi me ha dado algunos problemas; pero ahora que abre videos desde Youtube, ha mejorado mucho su relacion Precio-Calidad
    Pon peliculas preferentemente en AVI y MPEG
