how to add emu-plugin

    hi all i'm trying to put all-emu-alien2 cccam plugin i have downloaded it from here and then put it onto usb stick i then put the stick into the box and then there is a hard symbol with green arrows on the top left hand screen but then it goes away and it doesn't ask me to install pluggin . what i'm i doing wrong?
    also i'm using a fat32 usb stick.thanks
