VU+ Solo EPG and Screenshot problem.

I have recently installed BH1.7.8. On double press of Ok button on remote I m not getting the EPG. Is some setting required. Secondly when I try to have a screenshot. The image crashes and restarts. Please guide.

Double press of ok is supposed to call up the extra info bar, how are you taking your screenshot? try this method.

I m taking the screenshot by using text button on remote control. I configured it through TSpanel/tools2/screengrabber. The tutorial you gave me is not working with me . I used the grab command through telnet and got the error "segmentation fault"
