    hi i am new to this i have a spiderbox 5000 sd and i am having trouble i am not getting channels cleared just scrambled could any one help me thanks i am on with talktalk could it be that.

    Ok so what channels are you trying to clear mate?


    Start off with the stupid questions!


    1.Have you an ethernet cable plugged into it from your router?


    2. Service + does not clear the sky channels on 28 east..


    3. Press info and check does this appear! "Service + : connected"
