USB recording poor quality

After 2 weeks i managed to get my USB to record, however when i watch it back its quite slow and crackly, is this just a usb issue as it was a new one i got so thought it would be ok

Yea just a 32gb stick, I assume that's the prob as it recorded 2 mins of a program an said was full? Surely not?
