Hi need help with eaglebox hd800.

hi, I got the box off a friend, I am new to all this sort off stuff.(but I do have a brain)
I tried to add a tester Cline to see if it would work on my setup. test went ok. Then I went to update and hit Save (read it some where).
now the box won't boot, all I get is a blue screen with "download TS" at the top. The remote or the buttons on the box do nothing. Im thinking I may need to reflash it.
could someone with a bit more knowledge explain the steps I need to take to get this box working again thanks.
