Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction with why when l call up my extensions management and ask to manage it say updating software catalog searching for available updates and comes back with nothing there are some plugin and they work fine but l want to down load more and skins as well as far as connect to the internet is working fine as i was able to down load CCam the image that's on is sim201-ssl76c-de-133dvephonix...
thanks for any advice as to why this is happening..
