Please help

Does anyone know of any way to stream tv channels from internet to dreambox...
i dont know how to start what equiment i need where i can get the channels from, i wanted to have this satelite Zon TV Cabo on Hispasat 1C/1D/1E at 30.0°W - LyngSat with portuguese channels but im in england how can i get them? HOW CAN I START? i already have dreambox 600 but ive been messing around and no luck i have tried different things like dreamup program but it says error no COM ports found i need help on how to start...any help will be appreciated..
