Reflash

Hi all my gigablue800 ue as crashed
: trying to flash it using latest vix image. placed files on formatted usb stick still have black screen.will not recognise usb have tried 5 up to now.using winrar to extract files to usb can anyone tell me do i need something else for flash files.have to unplug box to stop it will not work with remote,just keeps coming up with will restart in 10 seconds bootlogo goes off then on then off never ending.any help gladly accepted
