hi mate you need to put the firmwhere on vire usb key eney firmwhere from the s9,s10,s11,s12 and same with a chanle list two if your using a cline put in word pad
c ********************* and save as cccam.cfg under the name select all and save. then put all files on a usb key put in box then menu upgrade by usb then click start and will ask if you whont to burn flash click yes the box will re boot then go back to up grade by usb move right sud say misc then down 2 to start then select tp shud be top one then start shud say on screen then reboot the box then back in to the menu find cccam its under network setings go in there then in to cccam and select 1st on will find your line and lode it the go to manige and activet the line by putting a tick at side of it will tell you at botm of the screen then go in to network setings make shure dhcp is set to on and reboot and all shud be sorted
