oscam.user manually update?

hi,

i have came across this where, if i manually edit oscam.user file, it doesn't update till i do it in webif >Reinit User DB. wonder if there is a cron job to do it or in oscam config to update the oscam.user automatically?

its linux pc server and i am running OSCAM 1.20-unstable_svn build #7983

when i am outside of country i cant access my webif from outside, so i ssh to my server and edit manually oscam.user to add user. only way to activate newly added user by restart oscam or access webif to click reinit user DB. i am sure there is some command that can be use by ssh to reinit user DB without restarting the oscam?

by the way it is a Ubuntu 12.10 server.
