Oscam Televisa Card

    Hi all,


    I have a Televisa Card Viaccess which i subscribe too. This is 24.5W.


    My free to Air receiver which i used the card has died.


    I know want to purchase 2 dreamboxes so i can share this with the other room.


    Can someone tell me if the dreambox can read the card ? and with which emulator? (ccCam etc)


    I would also need help in the sharing config.

    The Dreambox can read most Viaccess cards, the biggest problem you may have is if Televisa use the extra AESKey protection that is used by the likes of TNTSat and Fransat who also use Viacess


    The Dreambox can 99% of the time use these cards, but only if the AESKey is known so it can be added into the config file.


    You need to find if Televisa use AESKey protection or not.

    if the recever come with your card ect it will update its self in that recever and like nano said it all depends if the AESkey is know if not try get the same box as you had and google is are friend hope you get sorted mate.

    Chapa, is the receiver that has broke the receiver given to you by Televisa or just a normal receiver you can buy over the counter.


    If its a receiver that was not given to you by Televisia it stands a chance that it will be ok in the Dreambox. From what i can find out it uses Viaccess 2.5 and Viaccess 5.0. Do you know which card your is?


    If its the older 2.5 card it will most probably work without AES.

    Thanks for the help m8. The receiver did not come with the card, it was bought over the counter.


    They have confirmed that the card is Viacess 2.5


    I will try and put it on my Dreambox 800HD se.


    Do you know the config to share with my other room???

    It should read in CCCam on its own if its a 2.5 card. Stands a chance you will just need standard C & F lines.
