Frozen

    i would be really grateful for some help, just got my box today MaxDigital and downloaded the drives then downloaded some plugins now the box has frozen it says your receiver has encountered a software problem and needs to be restarted your receiver restarts in 10 seconds. but in does nothing just froze even when pull the plug out the same comes up. any idea how to get it back please.

    As advised via email, we've not sure what drivers you installed an why or what plugins you installed, but this will be the cause of the receiver in a crash loop. You need to re-flash as instructed in our email to you.

    also which exact image and version are we talking about here ?.


    The receiver is in whats called a bootloop, you should be able to reflash it without any problems but what drivers are you speaking about ??.
