    Depends on the method by which you move the motor. for example if set to USALS (Universal Satellite Automatic Location System), you wont get any options to fine tune the position at all as it's done by your geographical position IE your longitude and latitude. if the motor is DiSEqC (Digital Satellite Equipment Control) 1.2 then you can fine tune the position easily for every satellite position if needed.
