Very strange problem.....

Your uno crashlogs should be the first place to look, it could be as simple rescanning the sat or updating channel list. look at the crashlogs.

If you have a hard drive installed look in /media/hdd if not try /tmp, somewhere in what ever image you are using there is the option to set where they are stored to.
