Required Internet speed to run vu+ duo?

    Hi all, quick question regarding minimum required Internet speed to efficiently run a vu+ duo, my friend has purchased a vu+ duo which I'm going to set up for him, we are awaiting delivery of the box so in the mean time I have have him a loan of my ***box f5, connecting it to his Internet via wifi, the channels are a little glitchy and he looses the channel all together every few minutes, he has a low Internet speed of a little over 1mb, will this be quick enough to run the vu+ duo working thru home plugs? Thanks.

    wifi can make break up if some one is running a micrwave ect it interferes with it , its always better to hard wire to the router and have faster internet is better for up and downstream ect if you live in same house use ethernet home plugs they work ok .

    1mb will work fine buddy, a friend has a server with the same setup ( 1mb connection, home-plugs & Duo ) and has 40 + clients..


    If he is only intending to be a client then 512kb would be a sufficient connection..


    Bear in mind if he uses the internet for downloading or gaming etc, then channels will glitch for him and his clients..
