For some reason when i am using Dcc in the begining of the root menu, first folder i cant change the attributes...the option its not highlighted when i right click.....it is set on 777
Also, i am trying to import folder and i get a message Cant create folder directory, or something like that....

are you using DCC or winscp?
Yes i do , i used now filezilla , but when i try to transfer or create a new folder in etc ,i always get error message that i cant create folder or transfer failed.....could it be that the root menu is locked or password protected ?
get winscp and go to terminal and activate the root account , then file transfer will be possible.
simply
enter the following command.
$sudo passwd root
