Vu+Duo Tuner Configuration nightmare!!

Hi folks,

I have a fixed dish (my old sly) and I have both Tuners A & B set exactly the same as advised :
Simple
Single
28.2E
No

However I have not been able to record on one channel and watch another.
I was under the impression that these beasts are twin tuners...

I am running the latest Vix and have also tried changing the preferred tuner to Auto, Tuner A and Tuner B, still nothing !!!

Please help somebody as this is driving me insane !!!

have you tried to see if both work individualy you havent got a dud tuner??

Try changing the option for "send diseqc" from no to yes buddy, see if that makes any difference.

Hi

Presume you have dual or quad Lnb with cables to each tuner input Connected

Try setting Tuner B configuration to "Equal to" to match Tuner A set up

check your cable m8 could be a fault in your cable if not try and rig it up to normal sly dish run it off there will work fine
