i had this working on vu solo with 1.35 mgcamd and the required medicine, but after image upgrade cand persuade the motor to go there, not even manually, so yes its possible with vu+
No it's not. All channels have PMT encrypted at the moment and no E2 Linux boxes is capable of dealing with that right now ....

Please explain further what is PMT -
if its the same as what my mrs gets i'd steer well clear .
;) Program Map Table .. PMT has the info about what PIDs are used for áudio and vídeo. Without this info E2 boxes simply won't tune into.
have same problem here, my vu solo2 picks up all the channels on 27,5w
if i select one (52% signal) ends up timing out
very weird, could it be a blackhole thing ?

hi mate, i am not using channels lists, i just scanned the sat myself
i use usals for the motor setting
So is it ok or not?
I say it again. No E2 Linux box will clear any of the BBC channels at 27.5W as long as the PMT is encrypted as it is now independently of the image you're using. There is however some who have succeeded clearing them (no sound on HD channels though) with a special script using the Open PLI image which is far too complicated for me to even try !! Check their forum if you really want to have a go or if you can make any sense of it at all ...
