Can you not ask the person you got it from for another copy? -
Go tools, dump by usb, in dump mode select misc files and then select cccam plug and press yellow to dump.

Not really cus I have a couple of c lines and would be quicker if I could move to a usb or just look at the c line and manually type it into note pad, if that is possible
