Are the Enigma 2 plugins in the plugins section suitable for the Dreambox HD 800 se with Enigma 2 or are they just for VU devices?
The reason I ask is that I seem to get issues/crashes with all plugins and all others who use them seem to be using some sort of VU box.

Very few plugins from the Enigma 2 plugins section work. Hence the question.
Most freeze and ultimately crash the box.
I'm using Nemisis 2.6
For example none of the OnDemand plugin versions work. Are they designed with Vix images in mind?
Most plugins now are built for more modern receivers which tend to use more modern images. simply DMM are now lagging way behind and this will only get progressively worse as time goes by.
Thanx Pheonix. Kinda what I was thinking. Just seems bizzare that a Enigma 2 section does not encompass all enigma 2s.
The Term Enigma2 is a very Vague and generic term when used to describe all satellite receivers as there are many many variations of the Enigma2 platform using different Linux kernels and python versions and different hardware again use different versions.
This will only become more and more fragmented in time, this is also part of the reason the OE-Alliance was founded so that all member teams could co-operate and maintain a certain level of inter image compatibility with each others images.
