When 1 box disconnected I loose signal on other

    Hi all,


    I have a VU+ Solo downstairs and a technomate free to air upstairs.
    Last night I disconnected the technomate and I lost the signal on the Vu+, when I re connected the technomate the signal comes back to the VU+
    The technomate doesn't have to be powered on for the signal to work on the VU+
    Any ideas?

    Could be a fault wit the lnb. You shouldn't need separate power though as each port on the lnb should be isolated from each other anyway.


    Whats it connected to. Has each box got a separate lnb feed or is connected to some sort of multi-switch/ communal service?
