    It depends on the package you get the movies documentaries etc have an English soundtrack iam not sure about sport now

    I think at least 90& are in English this obviously depends on what they are showing sometimes they show non English films with the original soundtrack and Italian

    For sport, most has English audio depending on the origination of that broadcast, but Calcio channels don't have any English audio.
    So for example , i would expect the US Masters Golf to carry English audio.
