Ariva 100e and sat update

Hi Guys, do any of you know if there is an updated satellite list that i can load to the ariva 100e. was wanting a list with various newish sats ie astra 2f etc..basically...trying to fin channel 5 HD and a few others that dont appear to be on astra 2A anymore. I know there a lot of chan shifting and sat moving goin on at the mo, but looking for info from someone in the know.........thanks
