issue with network

I can not download via my dreambox. I have an original DH800 and I use DE V4. Can you help me?????
I could, from DCC, install EMU but I can not download on a dreambox.

Here is the message I have for example when I want to download a new language:
"please ccheck your internet connection"

When I go to menu> adjustment> system> network I have a green screen that says I have an error.

Can you explain me how to put TSpanel in dreambox HD original? if you have a tuto for DE V4, it will help me.
