CCcam info php?

    how to set up this program to run correctly?


    i enter all information on start up


    ip of the box....port is 21..also tryed 16001


    and user and pass of box...
    but it dont want to start....why?
    i get message....unable to connect

    i was try do on ubuntu server copy all folder files in /var/www folder.
    and when i poot my local ubuntu ip "192.168.0.14"
    when i poot my login detales is say: config.php is not writable
    i was try change my config.php

    when i poot 192.168.0.14:16001 is take me too normal cccam page but not too this new cccam.php


    what i doing wrong, please help.
