it really depends on what you have lying around
i use a dual core 2 gig mem broken screen
and that works well, i went from 32bit to 64bit but the
difference on ecm's ect was noting to write home about... -

128MB FlashYou would have to go back 15 years to find a PC that didn't beat that Spec..
A basic oscam/cccam setup uses very little resources so a very minimal spec will do..My first Server was a Dell OptiPlex GX620 Small Form Factor. I picked it up for €40 or €50.
This PC turned out to be a great server for me. It's sleek design insured that it stayed cool 24/7..
The Hardware Specification (2.66 GHz Pentium D & 2GB Ram) was more than able to handle anything I threw at it..
