make sure all you see is xp1000 folder on the usb stick with its contents inside it xp1000 must not be in another folder the o/s needs to see that folder or it will bypass it and go straight to bootup

CCcam 2.2.1 comes pre installed on the ViX image, if you need CCcam 2.1.3 use the attached file..

press the blue button and go to softcam manager see if you can see 213 in there if not go to vix in the menu and then to install local extention and you will see it there and install it , then go to softcam manager again and select 213 there keep a tick on it and untick what ever you wont use in there

If you are having problems installing a .ipk file via USB try the FTP method you were shown in post #9.

If you are only looking to get a C line working then CCcam 2.2.1 will be fine, the version of CCcam you use will only matter if you are trying to decode your own card..
If you want the latest ViX image Press Menu > Setup > Software update.. If there is an online update available it will automatically download and give the option to install the packages..
If it says the feeds are down Press Menu > Setup > System > Software update > Set Allow unstable (untested) updates to YES > Now try to update the image again..
