Commando 14.7 and Dreamset2.39?

Is there any way to use this?
Failing that is there anyway to put adult channels on this image?

Press blue to access the auto bouquets menu, from here setup for your region & before scanning you will find the option to show/hide bouquets including adult.
Cannot remember the exact location as don't have this running at the moment.
