  • Check your connections first, on dish side and receiver side.


    Check to see if there is any obvious movement in the dish or if the dish has been knocked.

  • Ah, you never said before that it worked fine under Spark.


    Have you configured the tuner?


    You have to tell the tuner what satellite you are looking for in an Enigma image. You will find it under System -> Service Searching -> tuner configuration.


    When thats done you ca tell it to search for channels.

  • I'd say the box is screwed then mate. I would suggest if you buy another box get one with a MIPS chipset if you want to use Enigma.
