has any body got issue with star plus hd chanel? its not clearing to me today.last time i have checked it was working ok on oscam. or may be whitelist figer change?

Clearing fine for me buddy the clue will be in your logs, you know what to do now.

Clearing fine here m8, make sure you have 7D in your whitelist and also check that 0FC9 is not blocked if you are using oscam.services.
Another possible cause is a bug in older version of oscam with LB Stats. If the above does not sort out your problem, try clearing LB Stats by going to Configuration / Loadbalancer in your oscam webif.
At the bottom of that page there are buttons for Clear Stats, Clear Timeouts & Clear Not Founds. Clear all three and restart oscam.. -

Is the card local to you, if so what does oscam webinf say when trying to clear it?
I am not aware of any freq changes & have not rescanned 28.2e for well over a week. -
yes it is pure local, and when i chang chanel from working to star pluse it keep showing last working chanel but not star pluse and on tv it showing a bit message tunner failed and then black screen.
sd chanel working fine though.

That sounds like a problem I had a few weeks ago m8, explained in post 4 here:

i have ftp the box and yes there are 2 files and i have deleted the file/engima but after reboot it same black screen.I am using nemesis image.

Strange, as far as I am aware, this channel has not moved recently. You could also build your own up to date satellites.xml file from here:
Forum Gateway - Powered by DnP FirewallAnd replace the file on your box..
Have you done a recent service scan?
