newcamd 1.38d problem

    hello and congratulations to all of the forums I have a problem with newcamd 1.38d I inserted a nline of a friend in this way and CWS = XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 does not connect while at the the same way I put the whole network online these work.
    a high problem open all channels but does not open tvsat. thanks
