problem installing plugins

There are 2 replies in this Thread which was already clicked 1,291 times. The last Post () by kemestri.

    this is the message as appears in the telnet screen.
    it is the same whether I try to install with telnet or direct from plugin download.
    does not only happen with tspanel. others as well. but if I do clean install then the first couple of plug ins will install ok.
    ie. if I installed tspanel first it would be ok.
