Unable to update channel list

Hope some one can help, I have been using AJ's channel list for a while without any problems but just recently I have encountered a problem in as much I download and save the file extract to usb drive using Zip fast and following instructions update my f3 box but the past two updates I went ahead as normal but when I press yellow to update the burn flash goes from 0 to 100 in a split second and no programmes are installed, I can use an old update file using the exact same method and no problem it's only recently I have had this happen. The files are on the usb drive but will not update, thanks for any advice

Thanks duet, but I have sorted it, rubbish file extractor using WinRAR now and no problems at all
